I'm not satisfied with my order, can I return it? What happens if there's a problem?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return it to us for a full refund. Shipping must be at your expense; once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on returned packages. Please note: if your package is on its way, you must wait for delivery and return it before receiving a refund.

You can cancel your order without any penalty! You must cancel the order before it ships. If the item has already shipped, please use our simple return system to get a full refund.

I entered an incorrect address, what should I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. After you verify that the address provided is incorrect, please notify us by email at ivancommercio@protonmail.com. If the address provided is incorrect, we can change it to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be issued after 24 hours of incorrect entry.
